I raved here about an old movie “Ulee’s Gold” that I absolutely loved.

I recommended it to a fellow movie buff. He hated it. Slow, boring, no action, who gives a shit a bees?

He in turn recommended Old Henry, a western.

Loved it. I don’t know how it escaped me. No name cast but a dandy western. Nice twist. Solid. (Except for one character who decided it was cool to slur his words and mumble so I couldn’t understand shit coming from his mouth)

I may stop suggesting movies to my friend but I don’t want him to stop giving me ideas.

Still, Ulee’s Gold is a dandy.
