I think Ron Howard is a really good director who has lots of hits.

About a decade ago he did a movie that bombed and I was surprised, but I didn’t even remember the name of it. It disappeared that quickly.

So Netflix this week began showing In The Heart of the Sea. That Ron Howard movie that got bad reviews and not much box office.

It was a pleasure to see just how good it actually is.

A story about the story behind Moby Dick. Nice visuals, storytelling, acting. It all works.
