Our gym just added a nice bar area. Some smoothies but draft beer too. After a recent workout I noticed a bunch of guys putting beer down and having a big time.

None of that bothers me.

But it does make me curious. Is it better to workout and then get drunk. Is there some workout that makes it better to pound the beer?

Or if you decide to put back a few rounds before the workout, is there a workout that can be tailored to someone moving up the alcohol content drunk test scale.

The headline is what tickles me the most.
