As the award ceremonies have begun the movie Sinners is expected to do well, although I noticed it didn’t win as many awards as expected in the first couple shows.

I think that may be because it came out so long ago.

I checked it out and I saw it in April. That is a long time considering that all the other contenders seem to be out in recent months or even now.

I do remember liking the story and music and working in the demons. It hit a lot of plus buttons for me.

But is is a distant buzz and not a recent one.

Maybe they should have reissued it to hit theaters again. I know it is on cable and maybe even a bigger push their would help.

And to be honest, I remember a good movie, not a great one.
