A predictable remake that is not even as good as what came before. An exercise in overacting from a cast that must have wanted to let out their demons by hamming it up. A bad movie. Two lousy performances in a row for Amy Adams who can do better.

Minus: The actual story grows less believable as events progress in a fairly predictable manner. Plus: It is a lot of fun and good suspense with a very good cast with some excellent scenes. All in all, it is worth watching, just go with the flow
