Licorice Pizza (2021) 1 hour ago

Quirky, great acting, nice to see a love story that plays out at its own pace. Spencer (2021) 1 day ago

Too dreamy. It was slow and at this stage, I’ve had more than I ever need to know about Diana and the Royal family. Let’s move on.

Don’t Look Up (2021) 2 days ago

Truly dreadful. An attempt to satirize the vapid political and social world, makes the makers of this film as bad as the people they are out to satirize. Too long, too broad, too obvious. Ugh. The Power of the Dog (2021)

My favorite movie of the year. It had it all. Look forward to seeing it again. Do yourself a favor and see it.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) 1 month ago

Good cast and a nice warm feeling. The story is predictable and the the people in town seem like cardboard cutouts from a different movie. But It is welcome as an old friend and the new family is enjoyable.

Clifford the Big Red Dog (2021) 1 month ago

A Clifford movie made for the legions of people who love Clifford. Not critics but people who love a story that does justice to the beloved dog and the people who love him. Our family, young to old, loved this movie.

King Richard (2021) 1 month ago

I haven’t really followed the Williams sisters and I’m not a tennis fan. The movie does a good job of showing the dad leading the way on values and the sisters buy into the tennis life all the way. Hard to believe the dad never made a wrong decision, but so it goes on these biopics involving the people being depicted. Well made and acted.

Finch (2021) 2 months ago

I grew restless but enjoyed Hanks as always and there were some good scenes. All in all, it wasn’t really all that interesting.

The French Dispatch (2021) 2 months ago

Quirky and witty and somewhat boring.

Last Night in Soho (2021) 2 months ago

Loved the 60’s music. Any movie that opens with World Without Love can’t be all bad. The story got a dizzy in the second half but the ending reveals and scenes were great.
