I had a friend really touting a show on Paramount Plus called 1883.

And he is right. It is the best series we are watching right now.

He dared to compare it to Lonesome Dove, which set by warning signals off.

You have to understand, I believe we should set up a system of behavioral ethics that always begin by asking about any sticky situation, what would the Captain and Gus do?

After watching the 5th episode of 1883 I’m not ready to concede Lonesome Dove matchups. But I’m willing to say it is in the same ballpark. And that is rarefied company.
