There was a travel piece in the Wall Street Journal about a bike group across America. Under the heading of food they mentioned crossing the border into Colorado at the Dove Creek Dinner Bell.

The menu included “A plate of crap.”

“The server warned we might not be able to finish the mix of eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, ham, onions, tomatoes, peppers and cheese smothered in homemade green chili sauce”
