Writers at the New York Times may have to go into therapy now that Succession is over. Weekly updates, endless columns and news features. Rarely have a seen a major publication as smitten with one show.

This comes as irony to me when I found Succession to be a drag. Watching nasty rich people being nasty to each other is not something I want in a long running series.

I won’t be trying to convince the Times though.
