Something has puzzled me in the coverage of the missing Guthrie mother in Arizona.

Did she live alone? Did she have a caregiver? Someone who can’t walk more than 20 feet with various health issues would need serious and frequent attention, if not a permanent live in.

I realize the police don’t want to say anything, and I realize serious, precise journalism keeps getting worse, but real reporters have to ask these questions and if they don’t get answers, share with us that they couldn’t get answers. That way we at least know they tried.
