The terrific margaritas are old news at the Rio Grande.

We have always found simple items like their veggie nachos and veggie tostadas to be really good.

I read where the owners were dedicated to upgrading the food overall with more fresh ingredients, never a bad idea.

We visited our Fort Collins Rio this week.
We ordered those nachos but they never came as we ordered our main course. The main course arrived with still no nachos. Our server and a manager both apologized and explained their had been a mixup, giving us the option of some nachos late with no charge. We declined but everyone at the table commented on how that is way to handle a problem that makes you feel positive about a restaurant even when things don’t go right.
