I loved the original Vacation movies. I saw bad reviews on this new remake with Ed Helms.

Just got back from seeing what they mean.

When the movie is funny, and there are some funny parts, it is enjoyable. But when it is bad, and I mean really bad, it is painful to watch and hear.

I think instead of recreating much of the original movie, they should have found

a brand new vacation and let it rip.
