A real major league problem

I just watched Rosenthal piss away a sure victory.
Metheny has a lot of pluses as a manager, but in many ways, he is just like a lot of stubborn managers and even worse.
Loyalty has its limits. Everyone but Metheny knows there is something wrong with Rosenthal
Yet he trots him out in crucial situations to preserve a sure victory and he pisses it away.
Mujica, Maness, Rosenthal. He just has to be smarter than that.
The other thing that drives me nuts is when Garcia or some other starter is struggling and the runs starts building to guarantee a loss. Jerk them. Why the hell do you have to manage differently in the third inning than in the 8th?
