My old man lament about starting times for college football being controlled by television and greed and a harbinger of eventual doom have been railed about here before.

Latest evidence?

Colorado State University is saying goodbye to Hughes Stadium in a final game on Nov. 19.

Now I always thought Hughes was a dump in a shitty location and I relish the on campus stadium.

But any stadium brings nostalgia so the last game is a bid deal.

Starting time for tv?  8:15 p.m.

It sucks even if the weather is good.

Combine the start time with the new four hour world of college football and you have a shit sandwich.
