Sports columnist lecture is all wet

After being lectured to by a St. Louis Post Dispatch columnist about how disloyal it was for Missouri football fans to not come out on Thanksgiving Friday to sit in a pouring rain to watch the football game.

Always irritating to be lectured to by sportswriters who sit in press boxes with food and drink and are being paid to be there. Media networks dictate what time and day games are played with no regard for fans who often travel some distance to the games that now last up to four hours. These factors and cost are almost challenging fans to not watch some games from the comfort of the home on the big screen while delaying long enough to fast forward past commercials.
