A Hulu movie called False Positive. Starring the always watching Pierce Brosnan as a famous gynecologist.

I was skeptical after the trailer gave away so much.

But to be fair, if the movie had only been what was in the trailer I would only be disappointed.

As it turned out, I was appalled.

Easily one of the worst movies I’ve seen in a while and I’m seen some stinkers.

And average ripoff of Rosemary’s Baby morphs into a confusing and badly done Carrie kind of bloodbath.

So distasteful.

I know better by now but the “critics” gave it something around 60 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Only after reading

these learned comments did I realize I had just witnessed a brilliant takedown of male gynecologists playing God with women’s bodies.

I did find it comforting, but not surprising, that actual human beings rated the movie at 16 percent approval.

Be very very afraid of the 16 percent who approved.
